Zucchini with onions stewed in sour cream and garlic sauce
- Zucchini – 1 pc. (500 g),
- Onion – half,
- Garlic –1 clove,
- Sour cream – 120 m,
- Flour – 1.5 tbsp.,
- Water – 100 ml,
- Sunflower oil – 50 ml,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the zucchini, cut off the edges and chop into slices 1 cm thick. Mix the flour with salt in bowl and bread the zucchini slices on both sides. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini in portions over high heat until the ruddy crust is uneven on both sides. Transfer the fried zucchini to a plate.
Peel an onion and cut it into half rings or quarter rings. Fry the onion in sunflower oil until golden. Transfer it to a plate, wipe the pan.
Combine the sour cream, chopped garlic, salt and ground black pepper in a bowl. Pour in the water and stir.
Put a layer of zucchini and a layer of onions in a frying pan. Place the remaining zucchini on top. Fill zucchini with onions with sour cream sauce.
Cook zucchini with onions in sour cream sauce over low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve zucchini as a stand-alone dish or as a side dish.
- Oblong young zucchini – 2 pcs,
- 200 grams of mushrooms,
- Onion – 1 piece,
- Sour cream – 100 g;
- Cheese (slices) – 100 gr.
- Salt to taste.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion.
Cut zucchini crosswise into stumps 2.5 – 3 cm high. From them carefully, so as not to damage the skin, remove the entrails. They are finely chopped and fried with mushrooms and onions. When frying, they need a little salt.
At the end add sour cream and stew for 5 minutes.
Place the cups in a sheet (silicone will do well), evenly spread the mass of zucchini, onions and mushrooms in them. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Take out and cover each cup with cheese. Put in the oven for another 5 minutes. The dish is ready!

- Tomatoes – 3-4 pieces;
- Ham – 200 g,
- Grated cheese – 100 g;
- Egg – 1 piece,
- Flour – 3 tablespoons.
Young zucchini can not be peeled and seeds. Just cut off the hard ends and dark suspicious spots.
Rub zucchini on a grater. Salt the grated mass and let the juice drain.
Finely chop the onion, add to the zucchini. Add the egg and mix well. Add flour, mix again. The dough is ready.
Pour the dough into a form greased with oil. From above we spread the tomatoes cut into thin circles, on them we spread the ham cut by a straw. The final layer is cheese. Put the pizza for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Done!
