What is the taping?
Tape is an adhesive strip of fabric (cotton or with the addition of nylon) with an inner hypoallergenic adhesive layer. It came from sports, where the tapes help with injuries. For example, their application on the lines of the muscles helps to fix the ligaments, relieve swelling and reduce pain.
Face taping technique
The effect of the procedure is based on the fact that, after glueing, the tape is slightly reduced, pulls the skin on itself. The space under the dermis increases, the pressure on the vessels decreases. Regular face taping helps:

To correct wrinkles on the forehead, you will need two tapes 5 cm wide. Stick it over the eyebrow, while pulling up the skin on the forehead. Apply the tape without tension.
To smooth out eyebrow wrinkles, you will need a small tape, about 2.5 cm, and rounded edges.
For beautiful cheekbones
To do this, you will need a long tape, about 10-15 cm. Pull up the skin near the temples with your fingers, and fix the tape along with the chin muscles at this point.
Contraindications to the procedure
Despite the careful impact of the procedure, it has its list of contraindications, including:
- oncological diseases of any localization;
- tendency to thrombosis;
- violation of the integrity of the skin;
- diseases of the cardiovascular system;
- the presence of hematomas;
- frequent and prolonged migraine pain of any aetiology;
- allergic reaction to any of the components of the material;
- exacerbation of chronic respiratory diseases;
- facial nerve palsy.
