The water of high temperature can give the body a lot of benefits. First and foremost, this is a decrease of slags and toxins of the body. Warm bath

The most comfortable and most beneficial for the human body is a warm bath. The water temperature should be between 33 °C and 37 °C. That is about the same as the temperature of the body. It relaxes muscles and soothes the skin, relieves nerve tension and positively affects the condition of the internal organs. Warm water also does not spoil the hair and skin (especially sensitive).

This bath is well taken before bedtime. Still, twenty-thirty minutes will be enough to feel pleasure and not harm the body.

What to do after a hot bath

After sitting in a bathtub with hot water, regardless of the duration of the procedure, take a cool shower for a minute, then dry out and clothe. Within 2 hours after the procedure, it is necessary to restore the water-salt balance and the content of vitamin C, as they are lost during perspiration. So here are three main tips:

  1. Drink unpopulated water for 30-40 minutes to restore the balance of salt.
  2. Salt balance restores with salt mixed with dry sesame seeds. The mixture is rubbed in a mortar in a ratio of 6:4 and is eaten with raw vegetables (at least three species). Use a sea salt and in the extreme case - salt enriched with iodine. After eating this food, it is not recommended to drink for 40 minutes.
  3. Drink green tea, hipster infusion, raspberry leaves or currants to restore the balance of vitamin C.

Relax and take it easy!
