Nutrition – review the diet

The first step to a seductive body is to change your diet. You will have to radically review the daily menu and completely or partially delete:

  • sugar;
  • salt;
  • semi-finished products, junk food;
  • smoked products, meat products;
  • sweet drinks.

Take two tablespoons of cake, add a few drops of essential oil of grapefruit and orange/lemon/lime, as well as one tablespoon of any emollient ingredient (cocoa butter, coconut oil or a simple baby cream). Apply to problem areas of the skin every time you take a shower.


Even better is to make a homemade wrap using clay. Use black and blue clay, which must be mixed with warm water to the consistency of sour cream, then add liquid honey in equal proportions and apply to the problem area. Next, take the film and wrap it tightly around the problem area in several layers, leaving for about an hour. You can also try to add a little ground red pepper to the mask, mix and apply to the area. However, if you suddenly feel a strong burning sensation, the mask should be removed immediately. There is a chance of getting a burn.
