Mary Kay was recognized as one of the most respected employers in the world based on the Global Workplace 100 study in 2019 conducted by the Reputation Institute (Ri) International Consulting Organization. The company is noted for creating a working culture that promotes involvement in the work, as well as for caring for the health and well-being of its employees.
In the course of the study, specialists in measuring and managing reputation interviewed more than 230,000 people in 15 countries, evaluating companies based on indicators such as professional development, remuneration systems, working conditions, market leadership, products and responsibility.
According to the study, over the past year, the willingness to work for Mary Kay increased by 6.2%, which was the most significant indicator among all companies.
