Ralph Lauren has dedicated the collection to the 25th anniversary of the popular Friends TV-show. The muse for the looks was Rachel Green.
Jennifer Aniston’s character Rachel worked in the Bloomingdale and Ralph Lauren stores for several seasons of the show, so the collection became a reminder of the role of both brands in the series.
The collection features classic and elegant items from Polo and LAUREN Ralph Lauren, including trousers, midi and miniskirts, jackets, suits, blazers and accessories in the style of equestrian clothing. The collection itself went on sale from September 18.
Clothing is created in a variety of colours, patterns and materials. Also, the brand could not lose sight of its perennial favourites. For example, navy, plaid and wool, leopard print and faux fur.
To truly present the collection and mark the 25th anniversary of the show, some of Bloomingdale’s stores recreated the most memorable locations of the favourite Friends series.
