How to raise your mood: 5 effective methods

1. Get started with what you want the most

Just make yourself smile, and you will notice how you attract positive information and energy.

5. Reflex

This is the most difficult and most effective method. Analyse what caused your bad mood, what started it all, what situation or person brought you out of balance. If you are concerned about uncertainty, take a notebook and a pen, then write down all possible options for the development of the current situation: from the best to the worst. Imagine what the consequences will be if the worst scenario will happen. As life practice shows, in 90% of cases, nothing catastrophic will occur, a person is more worried than the cost of the matter.
