Its essence is in the distribution of carbohydrates and proteins. Try to eat carbs for breakfast and lunch and for dinner only proteins (they do not turn into fat). Rich in proteins foods include cheese and milk, kefir and yoghurt, various seafood (salmon and trout, tuna and perch, pollack and cod, tilapia and sturgeon, shrimp and mussels), eggs, as well as low-fat cheeses, for example, Adygea or mozzarella, amber or brine. 


Replace one meal with a smoothie

This dish is easy to cook, and it is healthy and effective in reducing weight. It can also be made based on fruits and berries with the addition of yoghurt and oatmeal. To get rid of excess weight, do not add canned fruits and vegetables, fatty dairy products, milk and sports supplements (help to gain weight rather than reset it).
