Perfect breakfast: TOP-5 healthies foods

As you know, breakfast sets the tone for the whole day. And it can make you healthier, help to lose weight or, conversely, only add health problems. We have already written a lot about the importance of breakfast, and today we will tell you what foods to choose for your first meal.

Porridge

An important component of a healthy breakfast is porridge. You can safely include buckwheat porridge, oatmeal, wheat, barley and raw rice in your diet. However, oatmeal is not as simple as it seems to many. The fact is that oatmeal, which we often include in our morning diet, has undergone a lot of processing and lost nutrients and fibre. That is why very often after oatmeal many people begin to feel hungry within an hour. If you already include oatmeal in your morning diet, you should pay attention to oats, flattened oats or oatmeal. Such products contain more fibre.

Protein

If you exercise in the morning, be sure to include protein in your diet. Low-fat cheese, milk, kefir, natural yoghurt, eggs. It is possible to eat beef, chicken, turkey, veal. The same goes for fish. These products give a great feeling of satiety and supply your muscles with the necessary amount of protein.

Whole wheat bread

Bread contains a lot of carbohydrates, and they are very important for saturating our body with useful energy. Should it be a hard day filled with exercise? Then you should add a couple of slices of whole wheat bread to breakfast.

In addition to carbohydrates, whole grain bread is rich in large amounts of mineral salts, vitamins (including group B) and fibre for normal bowel function.

It is best to combine wholemeal bread with hard cheese (it contains useful fats and calcium) or with redfish (Omega-3). Make a healthy sandwich with cheese, omelette and lettuce.

Fruits and berries

This is a great way to diversify your diet. Add them to ready-made porridges, yoghurts, decorate cheese desserts with them. A great option is to use fruit to make healthy sandwiches. Choose fruits which are rich in fibre – apples, oranges, peaches, apricots.

Dairy products

Cheese and yoghurt is another option for a great and very healthy breakfast. At the same time cooking takes almost no time. And yes, be sure to choose yoghurts without additives, and ideally, you can cook it by yourself.

It is not recommended to eat a lot of cheese at once – only 200 grams are enough. It is known that all dairy products are an indispensable source of calcium, so they should be consumed daily. Besides, “sour milk” is important for the normal functioning of the liver.

If you like sweet, take low-fat cheese and add fruit, berries and honey. Do you prefer salty? Then add yoghurt, finely chopped greens and tomatoes to the cheese. You will get a great salad for breakfast.
