Microdermabrasion: effective peeling for all skin types

Microdermabrasion is a hardware micro peeling of facial skin. The procedure allows you to gently and painlessly remove dead skin cells of the epidermis and accelerate skin regeneration. In other words, microdermabrasion is an ideal mechanical peeling.

How does this work?

Skin treatment is performed with a special apparatus with a diamond nozzle, which is coated with a crumb of different grain sizes. Aluminium microcrystals that are transferred to the skin through the tip of the device gently remove the cells of the upper layer of the skin and smoothing it. After the first session, an effect will be noticeable: the skin will acquire a healthy colour and become smoother. The procedure contributes to the rejuvenation of the skin by activating its natural regeneration. After microdermabrasion, skin tone improves, wrinkles are smoothed, pores are reduced. A one- time micro peeling is able to completely renew the skin, and a course of 10 procedures will cleanse your face of acne and pigmentation.

How is microdermabrasion held?

Before the process, the cosmetologist visually assesses the condition of the skin, determines its problems. If laser polishing cannot solve the problem, the specialist will select another procedure. If microdermabrasion is indicated to you, cosmetologist will conduct it immediately after consultation. Before laser treatment, the skin is cleaned with an alcohol-based solution. Next comes the peeling process itself, which lasts 10–15 minutes. Next, a mask and cream by skin type are applied. During deep polishing, the face is additionally treated with a potassium permanganate solution.

The procedure is absolutely painless, does not cause allergies and has no contraindications. You can try it at any time of the year, even in summer.

Skin care after the procedure

Special skin care after micro peeling does not require. If scars were processed, they should not be wetted on the day of the procedure and the crusts formed on them cannot be touched. To accelerate healing, scars must be treated with prescribed drugs. As well as after any other peeling, after dermabrasion, you have to apply cosmetics with SPF-filters.
