Therefore, a group of Spanish and British scientists decided to revise the old recommendations and determine the safe weight of school backpacks.



For this, an experiment was conducted in which 49 elementary school pupils participated. It turned out that the maximum load during movement fell on the hips and torso, and the knees and ankles were loaded minimally.

1. Ben, 23 years old *Yoga helped me to improve my physical condition. I began to practice it about a year ago until I have yet to consider myself advanced, but most simple asanas I am already able to fulfil. During this time, I was able to improve the posture, began to feel easy.*.
