As for spiritual development, it can be yoga and meditation classes, going to theatres and museums, listening to pleasant music, travelling and interacting with interesting people.
  5. Take care of your health. Spring is an excellent opportunity to take care of your health and undergo medical examinations. This way you will save not only time but also money, as well as nerves. Remember, no one takes care of us better than ourselves.
