To prepare the cookies, take 2 cups of nuts (hazelnuts, almonds) and grind them into shallow groats. Beat 4 egg whites with ½ tsp of salt, add crushed nuts and a little vanillin, continuing to beat it. Put the mixture on a baking pan coated with a baking paper. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake cookies about 30 minutes.

  7. Sunday. Pancakes. Agree, it’s one of the most healthy breakfast. And, pancakes will be dietetic if you fry them without butter. For cooking, you need to take ½ litre kefir, 2 eggs, 3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp soda. Mix kefir with sugar, salt and eggs, add soda and slowly pour the flour. The dough should have a consistency of dense sour cream. Pour the dough onto the heated frying pan (lightly oiled with oil), fry on both sides.
